Select Advice Financial Planning is extremely pleased to announce that we will now be offering clients the opportunity to have ‘face to face’ annual review meetings without having to leave your home or office, in effect, we will be bringing our office to you!
This new technology which we have called ‘Select Virtual’ is the most up to date program available on the market. It will allow secure video meetings, sharing of documents on screen, recording of meetings, web information and importantly allow for electronically signing of documents, regardless of what device you are using.
ANNUAL REVIEWS “CONVENIANCE PLUS FOR CLIENTS!”
During 2017, we invited many clients to give us feedback as to how we can improve our accessibility and annual review service. Whilst most of the feedback was very positive, it became very evident that attending our office for annual review meetings is becoming harder due to a combination of time pressures, work commitments, children’s school commitments, travel time, traffic etc.
We listened to this important client feedback and undertook significant market research to find the best technology available to provide our clients with upmost convenience and professionalism. We also ‘road tested’ Select Virtual with clients late last year and received very positive feedback.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR SELECT VIRTUAL ANNUAL REVIEW
It is important to note that we prefer clients to come to our office for their annual reviews however if this is not possible or convenient, we invite you to contact Sasha at our office on (03) 9078 6577 to arrange your Select Virtual appointment, she will explain the process and what is required to set up your virtual meeting.
